Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 25, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bonestock Builds website and your purchase of products or services from Bonestock Builds LLC ("Bonestock Builds," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, placing an order, purchasing a digital product, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional terms presented in connection with a particular product or service.

1. Automotive Products

Bonestock Builds sells automotive parts, accessories, performance components, digital products, and related services.

Many products offered through Bonestock Builds are intended for modified or performance-oriented vehicles.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their particular vehicle, intended use, and jurisdiction.

Vehicle modifications can affect reliability, drivability, emissions compliance, warranty coverage, insurance coverage, and vehicle safety.

Professional installation is strongly recommended whenever appropriate.

2. Product Information & Fitment

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, and fitment information.

Some information is supplied by manufacturers, distributors, or other third parties. Product appearance, packaging, specifications, availability, or manufacturer revisions may change.

Customers are responsible for confirming that products are compatible with their vehicle before installation.

If you are uncertain about fitment, please contact Bonestock Builds before ordering.

3. Modified Vehicles

Fitment and performance can be affected by existing modifications.

A component advertised as compatible with a particular year, make, and model may require additional parts, adjustments, tuning, or fabrication when installed on a modified vehicle.

Bonestock Builds cannot guarantee compatibility with every possible combination of aftermarket components.

4. Pricing & Orders

Prices may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, inventory, or other errors and, where permitted by law, cancel or modify an affected order.

Submitting an order does not guarantee product availability.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may contact you regarding available alternatives, backorder options, or cancellation and refund of the unavailable item.

5. Supplier-Fulfilled & Drop-Shipped Orders

Some products are fulfilled directly by manufacturers, distributors, Shopify Collective suppliers, or other fulfillment partners.

By purchasing such a product, you acknowledge that fulfillment times, inventory availability, shipping carriers, packaging, and certain return or warranty procedures may be controlled by the applicable supplier.

Bonestock Builds will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with fulfillment issues involving our suppliers.

6. Special Orders

Products designated as custom, special-order, made-to-order, fabricated-to-order, or personalized may have additional restrictions regarding cancellation and returns.

Once production, procurement, or supplier processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.

Please review the applicable product description before purchasing.

7. Digital Products

Digital guides and other downloadable materials sold by Bonestock Builds are licensed to the purchaser for personal use unless expressly stated otherwise.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of Bonestock Builds intellectual property.

Unless written permission is provided by Bonestock Builds, customers may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, upload, publish, share, or commercially exploit purchased digital materials.

8. Intellectual Property

The Bonestock Builds name, original graphics, written guides, product-planning materials, photographs owned by Bonestock Builds, original website content, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party trademarks, product names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

References to vehicle manufacturers or aftermarket brands do not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement unless expressly stated.

9. Tuning & Calibration Services

Vehicle calibration and tuning involve inherent mechanical risks.

Customers purchasing tuning services are responsible for accurately disclosing vehicle modifications, fuel type, mechanical condition, and other requested information.

A vehicle should be mechanically sound before tuning begins.

Bonestock Builds and participating tuners do not guarantee any specific horsepower, torque, fuel economy, acceleration time, dyno result, or other performance outcome.

Additional tuning-specific terms may apply and must be accepted before tuning services begin.

10. Motorsport & Performance Use

Performance modifications may increase stress on engines, transmissions, driveline components, cooling systems, fuel systems, brakes, tires, and other vehicle systems.

The purchase or installation of a performance product does not constitute a representation that the vehicle will remain within factory specifications or retain factory-level reliability.

Customers are responsible for maintaining and operating their vehicles appropriately after modification.

11. Emissions & Legal Compliance

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product or modification is lawful for their intended use and location.

Products designated by a manufacturer as being restricted to competition, racing, or off-highway use must only be used as permitted by applicable law.

Bonestock Builds does not authorize customers to violate federal, state, or local emissions, safety, registration, inspection, or vehicle-equipment laws.

12. Installation

Unless expressly stated otherwise, installation services are not included with the purchase of a product.

Automotive work should be performed by a qualified individual using appropriate procedures, equipment, and safety practices.

Improper installation can cause component failure, vehicle damage, personal injury, or other losses.

13. Warranties

Products manufactured by third parties may carry warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.

Those warranties are governed by the manufacturer's terms.

Except as required by applicable law or expressly provided in writing by Bonestock Builds, Bonestock Builds does not create an additional manufacturer warranty merely by reselling a third-party product.

14. Returns & Refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Bonestock Builds Return & Refund Policy and any product-specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bonestock Builds will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, modification, misuse, or failure of products or services purchased through Bonestock Builds.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bonestock Builds LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your unlawful use, misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper installation of products or services purchased through Bonestock Builds.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

18. Changes to These Terms

Bonestock Builds may update these Terms periodically.

Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date.
