Return & Refund Policy

At Bonestock Builds, we want customers to be confident in their purchases. Because we sell performance automotive parts, special-order products, digital products, and tuning services, return eligibility varies depending on the type of product purchased.

Please review this policy before placing your order.

Physical Products

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, eligible physical products may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

• New, unused, and uninstalled

• In its original packaging

• Complete with all included hardware, accessories, instructions, and documentation

• Free from damage, modification, scratches, installation marks, fluids, or other signs of use

• Accompanied by proof of purchase from Bonestock Builds

Parts that have been installed, attempted to be installed, modified, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Do not ship a product back without first contacting Bonestock Builds and receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Performance & Vehicle-Specific Parts

Customers are responsible for confirming vehicle compatibility before purchasing.

Fitment information is provided to the best of our ability based on manufacturer and supplier information. Modifications to a vehicle, including aftermarket components, engine swaps, drivetrain swaps, custom fabrication, or differences between model years and trim levels, may affect compatibility.

A product generally will not be considered defective solely because it is incompatible with a modified vehicle or was ordered for an incorrect application.

If you are unsure whether a product will fit your vehicle, please contact Bonestock Builds before ordering.

Special-Order, Made-to-Order & Custom Products

Products identified as special order, custom, made-to-order, personalized, fabricated-to-order, or otherwise specifically obtained or produced for a customer's order may be final sale unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Any applicable cancellation or return options will depend on the manufacturer or supplier's policies and whether fulfillment or production has already begun.

Drop-Shipped & Supplier-Fulfilled Products

Some Bonestock Builds products are shipped directly from our manufacturers, distributors, or fulfillment partners.

Returns for these products may be subject to the supplier's return requirements, return authorization procedures, and applicable restocking fees.

Where a supplier charges a restocking fee for an otherwise eligible discretionary return, that fee may be deducted from the customer's refund. Any such deduction will be disclosed as part of the return authorization process.

Do not send supplier-fulfilled products directly to the manufacturer or distributor unless instructed to do so by Bonestock Builds.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, digital guides, downloadable files, documents, plans, and other electronically delivered products are generally final sale once access or delivery has been provided.

If you experience a technical problem accessing a digital product you purchased, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide the purchased file.

This provision does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Tuning Services

Custom tuning, e-tuning, tune revisions, tune updates, flex-fuel additions, and other calibration services involve individualized work and are generally non-refundable once the tuning process or other personalized work has begun.

If tuning work has not yet begun, contact Bonestock Builds as soon as possible regarding a cancellation request.

Purchasing a tuning service does not guarantee a particular horsepower figure, torque figure, fuel economy result, or other performance outcome. Results depend on the vehicle, modifications, mechanical condition, fuel, environmental conditions, and other factors.

Any separate tuning-service terms or tuner requirements applicable to the purchased service also apply.

Electronics

Electronic products must be returned in new and unused condition unless they are defective.

Products that have been installed, powered, programmed, flashed, married or locked to a vehicle, or otherwise electronically registered may not be returnable.

Defective electronics may instead be subject to the manufacturer's warranty process.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact Bonestock Builds as soon as reasonably possible and provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photographs of the product

• Photographs of the packaging when shipping damage is involved

Please retain the product and all original packaging while the issue is being reviewed.

When appropriate, Bonestock Builds will work with the applicable supplier, carrier, or manufacturer to determine the available remedy.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for discretionary returns.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because of preference, incorrect ordering, or another reason unrelated to an error by Bonestock Builds or a covered product defect.

If Bonestock Builds or one of our fulfillment partners shipped an incorrect item, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution.

Restocking Fees

Some manufacturers and distributors charge restocking fees. When applicable to an eligible discretionary return, the applicable restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.

We will communicate any applicable restocking fee during the return authorization process before the return is finalized.

Order Cancellations

Contact Bonestock Builds as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing, been submitted to a supplier, begun production, or shipped.

Special-order and custom products may not be cancellable once the supplier or manufacturer has begun processing the order.

Refunds

Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping charges, applicable restocking fees, and other non-refundable charges may be deducted where permitted and applicable.

Manufacturer Warranties

Some products sold by Bonestock Builds include warranties provided directly by their manufacturer.

Manufacturer warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms and approval. Bonestock Builds may assist customers with identifying or initiating the appropriate warranty process, but we cannot independently expand or guarantee a manufacturer's warranty coverage.

Return Abuse

Bonestock Builds reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to refuse discretionary returns involving suspected fraud, altered products, substituted products, repeated abuse of the return process, or products returned in materially different condition from when they were shipped.

How to Request a Return

Before shipping any product back, contact Bonestock Builds through the contact information provided on our website and include your order number and reason for requesting the return.

If the return is eligible, return instructions will be provided.

Do not ship a return until authorization and return instructions have been provided.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit any consumer right, warranty, remedy, or protection that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

Bonestock Builds reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. The policy applicable to an order will be determined by the terms in effect when applicable to that transaction, subject to governing law.
